Only orders placed using your account credentials will be shown in your account.

If you placed an order using guest checkout it will not be linked to your new account automatically. You can use this link to check status of any order

Please open a ticket with us if you want your guest orders to be linked to your new account.

Only orders placed using same email address could be linked to a new account
