By placing an order you agree that the return shipping cost should be paid by the buyer regardless of the reason for the return.
Returns made without previous authorization may not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
According to FDA guidelines, we can not accept returns of personal healthcare items, food, food supplements, vitamins, medical and pharmaceutical products, including OTC drugs. Purchasing such items you agree not to return them and acknowledge that you understand that they may not be working for you as expected or may cause side effects.
Cosmetic products could be returned only if the seal is not broken in original and unopened packaging.
